DIY Valentine's Day Projects: Inexpensive V-Day Wrapping Paper

Do-It-Yourself is a great option for saving money on gifts, decorating and remodeling.


Today's DIY Valentine's Day project shows an inexpensive, yet fun way to wrap your Valentine's Day Gifts. Use newspaper, construction paper, and ribbon/raffia. I used a paper crimper for the Heart to give it more texture. So simple!
